Delivery Area

Currently, Fabrikka provides delivery services exclusively within **Dhaka city**. We are working hard to expand our delivery network to other parts of Bangladesh soon. Stay tuned for updates!

Delivery Charges

We believe in simple and transparent pricing. A flat-rate delivery charge of **100 TK** is applicable to all orders, regardless of size or weight.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order is confirmed and processed by the seller, you can typically expect your order to be delivered within **3-5 business days**. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your specific location within Dhaka and during peak shopping seasons or holidays.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You are eligible for a return under the following conditions:

• You received a wrong or damaged product.
• The product does not match the description on the website.
• The product has a major manufacturing defect.

Returns must be initiated within **48 hours** of receiving the product. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@fabrikka-fashion.xyz with your Order ID and clear photos of the issue. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by the seller, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed. As we operate on a Cash on Delivery model, our support team will arrange the refund process with you directly.
